Sunday lunch will be a new, authentic experience for food and wine lovers. The St. Hubertus*** moves to its roots, the mountains, at 2.000 altitude, with no electricity. Our own meadows and cabin on the Piz Sorega plateau are a particular place with lots of energy and breath-taking beauty. Here “Cook the mountain” our food concept goes back to its origins.
At 8.30 am, guests and chefs will begin the journey and hike up towards our cabin, foraging wild herbs, mushrooms and other ingredients that will then be used to prepare an unforgettable lunch on the wooden fire. Non hikers may have it the easy way and use the cable car to the top of the mountain followed by a gentle walk of 15 minutes.
At noon the experience begins with the “Aperitivo” followed by a 5-course lunch on the terrace.
In case of adverse weather conditions, lunch will be held at the Restaurant St. Hubertus of the Hotel Rosa Alpina itself.
